  • The name, address and telephone number of the homeowner's or condominium association.
  • The name, address, loan number and telephone of Seller's present mortgage lender.
  • Copies of Seller's warranty deed, title insurance policy and survey.
  • The name, address and telephone number of the attorneys representing the Seller and Buyer.
